Take out a restraining order against him. That will be a good revenge for him breaking your heart. All you need to do is show some of his emails or text messages and say you’re scared of him. He has to stop stalking and harassing you.

    ask her to go get some ice cream and just talk… but not about relationship that u had once b4. but rather try to act really happy. and just act like your real calm and collective. and still down to f u c k

    IMO, you shouldn’t try to win back an ex. There’s always a reason that an ex is an ex and not a current interest.

    Focus on getting back into life, with a positive attitude. Show that your life has meaning, and that you aren’t dependent upon this person for happiness. Take a little time to deal with what caused this person to become an ex, and if it’s your fault, focus on correcting that behavior. Sometimes by showing that you’ve dealt with what happened, and are now in the process of "moving on" the ex will see that you’re a different person and their interest will rekindle. BUT DON’T COUNT ON IT. Consider an ex to be exactly that – an ex – and that what was, is now gone, and is over, and cannot be regained. Indeed, if you and an ex DO get back together, you’ve got to first deal with the problem that led to the breakup, and take steps to see that it doesn’t happen again.

    Well it matters what happened between you two, what your relationship is like, and if he’s willing to come back to you, and if you’re willing to change, and you need to give him sometime to see that you’re perfect, if there has been a long time lapse write a poem telling him whatever you/he did feels like the biggest mistake of your life, how he makes you feel, and how it feels to be without him.
    I think that’ll win him over for sure, (Sorry if it seems weird, i thought you were talking about a female) I wish you only the best of luck.
