How do you really mend a broken heart?

I mean I know that everybody says to just move on but what if you can’t. What if you just can’t feel he same about anyone else?

It’s hard to just "move on", and anyone who tells you that is being inconsiderate, and not putting themselves in your shoes. You need TIME to mend a broken heart. You need space. You need to think things over, and if you realize that he is not worth your time, and you deserve better, than stick to that belief. You have to believe that you are Strong, and you will move on. Just Keep that In your head, and know that someone out there is better for you, waiting for you.Also, a few dates wouldn’t be bad either! Go out dancing, movies, with other guys! See what else Is out there!

    You will probably meet someone else. So don’t worry. Just be yourself until this and soon you’ll fall in love again.

    It does take time. Get a hobby or volunteer for something that really interests you. It will make things easier for you and you may meet someone great. Good luck.

    I know that it’s cliche but time does heal all wounds. But if it’s just that he didn’t feel the same way about you that you felt for him then it just wasn’t meant to be. Once you move on you’ll see that he was just a stepping stone to open the path up for the right person to come into your life. Hang in there girl, it gets better.

    Just give it time …. I know that sounds so "cliche" … but it’s the ONLY way. You have many, many years to find another special some one and it WILL happen … just give it time.

    In the meantime, try and keep yourself busy with friends, hobbies, etc.

    Sure you will live to have another love ….take it one day at a time and as time passes so will the hurt..Gather your friends around you and lean on them for support. Sometimes it may seem like the end of the world but you make it. I have been there you will heal to fall in love again and again ……
