How do you go about taking your foreigner girlfriend back to the USA?

I’ve been in China for 4 months and have started a relationship with a young lady that I would like to bring back to America when I go home for Christmas. Any suggestions on getting her a visa quickly?

go to the american consulate and request information but most likely she just needs a tourist visa to come to the US
