This Was Just A Quick Rant On My Child Support Issue.. I Currently Owe $28,000 In Back Child Support For 2 Children That I Have With My Ex-Wife.. She Has Received Over 13,000 Over The Past 13 Months..
The Reason I Was So Behind On My Support Payments Was Because At One Point A Judge Ordered Me To Pay $500 Per Week.. The Other Reason Is Simple I Was Stubborn And Upset With My Ex-wife Not Letting Me See Our Children So That Put Me In A Hole.. I Was Incarcerated More Than 6 Times For Non Payment And In Turn That Put Me In Debt…
I’m Far From Perfect But I Also Know That My Ex-Wife Thinks She Is, And Thinks She Is Above Everyone Else..If Your Poor You Should Still Be Able To See Your Children, She Uses A Restraining Order To Threaten Me So That I Get Scared And Don’t Bother To Come And Pick Up The Kids..
Who In There Right Mind Does That??? Who? An Angry Person That’s Who..
People In Bergen County NJ Need To Know That Child Support Does Need To Be Paid, But At What Cost, I Was Chained To Murderer’s When I Went To Court.. I Saw A Lot Of Crazy Stuff…
People Need To Stop Taking Good People And Putting Them Further In Debt While Placing Them In Danger At The Same Time…
Things My Ex-Wife Has Done
1. Lied To The Police And To The Judge About Me
2. Has Blogs About Me On Her Myspace That Only Represent Her Opinion On Matters
3. Doesn’t Allow Me My Visitation Rights Even Though I Have Joint Custody
4. Contacts Woman I Have Dated Through Myspace And Requests Them As Friends
5. Hasn’t Let My Oldest Daughter Who Is 12 See Her Brother Or Sister In Over 2 Years
6. Not Letting Me Talk To My Children On The Phone
7. Telling Me To Sign Over My Rights And She Will Not Ask For Support
8. Leaves Messages Telling Me Not To Send Gifts For The Children Through The Mail
9. Tells Me The Children Who Are 8-9 Don’t Want Anything To Do With Me
10. Says My Children Are Scared Of Me? (why would they be scared of me)
Parental Alienation is what my ex-wife has been doing for sometime now and it needs to stop..
parental alienation is when 1 parent targets another parent and through subtle or very overt measures changes the child’s love for one parent..
since my ex-wife is remarried i feel she is trying to make it look like i don’t belong in the picture..

This is bad on her part. She is basically tearing apart the relationship you should have (by right) with your children. Even if you fall behind on some payments, she should be flexible and let you have contact with them. It is clear that she has a vendetta against you!!! Like my father used to say, You never know your wife until she takes you to court.

my son is grown, and my child support is paid off in full, but i went thrue as well. i lost my licens and was arested one time with my eaght year old son with me and we had to go to the sharif office where the dep. thretend to paint an X on my back and use me for target practice if i ran. that was inf ront of my son that was crying, and i wasnt even missing my payments at the time. i have never comited a crime and thats just wrongggggggggg

@bklyn390 Your father does not owe you legally. He owes your mother or legal guardian back child support. The father does not pay the biological child; just the legal guardian or custodial parent. My father owes my mother over $75,000 in back child-support. My mother raised me w/o my BF’s help. She gets any reparations from her lawsuit. I get no extra money. HTH’s

The courts & the scumbag mothers out there knows there is 2 ways to beat a father down-take away his kids and steal his money then they make the father think he is worthless & a deadbeat. This is ABUSE!! The money is not monitored because the courts assume it is going to the kids but we the Fathers know it goes towards their cigarettes, cell phones, Friday nights out of whoring around. I have to agree with you. My husband is in a very bad situation with his ex she met a inmate while she worked at a prison. He pays his child support but she is the same way and punishes him the same way by alienating them from him now because he is protesting the inmates parole HE IS A MURDERER WHO HAS ONLY SERVED 15 OF HIS 25 YEAR SENTENCE. What is my husband to do? all the court says is go back to court like you said who has the money. VIEW OUR VIDEO.

I make a good amount of money, but they take and take. The thing that annoys me is the fact that even after 10 years, if you make a better life with another woman , your ex can come back and take more….WHY!!
I pay more than a child needs in the form of $1750 a month…..how on earth can you justify that…..I know it is not being spent on my child…..it is impossible to budget unless they spend $700 on clothes a month and $500 in food plus the other costs.
