Iv finally met a guy that i have a connection with but im freaking out cuz i feel oh it will eventually end. I like him a lot and he is ten times better than the guy that broke my heart. We even have the same birthday! But im having a hard time getting attached to him.
Some words of wisdom or advice would be awesome.
forget about the other guy. put your broken heart aside and give this other guy a chance. you only live once. go for it. your gonna get your heart broken…but dont be afraid to give someone you heart. you cant just love one person. your love expands. you can give it to many people. just dont be afraid.

Nothing is ever written in stone and relationships are no exception. “Can I still get my ex back if he has someone”? This may be the question that you may be asking yourself after a long breakup. The answer is yes. Why do I say this? Because statistics show that a very large percentage of broken relationships, even if they have been broken for months, eventually do get back together again. You say that he doesn’t appear to be interested when you are around, he just speaks and go on about his business. Well nobody said that it was going to be easy. There are steps that you can take that will land him right back into your arms though, yes even if there is another woman and he no longer appears to be interested in associating with you, you can still get your ex back.
1.- Can you persuade him that he still wants you, If you can do this it will be an excellent first step. Unless of course he knows better (really doesn’t care for your company) and it will take something a bit more strategic.
2.- It may take a little more time but just start by being friends again, no strings, this will at least get you in his company for the time being. No strings (drama, forced kissing, pushing yourself on him, i’ll explain next) things of this nature. Just be a truly good friend to him, don’t call him everyday 5 times a day etc. Basically you should just give him some space. While you’re just being a good friend to him by showing him that you understand him etc. he may start feeling at ease with you again, after the drama, and tension of the breakup has subsided, and may realize that he wants another chance with you.
3.- When you’re with him,as I said, be pleasant but don’t give him the impression that you are deperate, or easy, a little attitude can help with this but don’t go overboard with it, you do want him to be interested and you don’t want to turn him off to that idea. You shouldn’t give the impression of being too hard but hard enough that it’s just not the right time for intimacy, him staying interested is the plan.
4.- Remember a little hard but on the other hand do the things that people do to. Hang out with friends, be seen hanging out and having fun he may get a little jealous but he will be fine just don’t make it look as if you are not available to him, by perhaps kissing someone else or showing too much affection no matter how innocent it might be. Be safe with it. Too much and it could send the wrong message and he may drop back and lose his interest a little.
5.- Also remember to not be desperate. He will read you wrong and youll have lost even before you start. Just flow with everything make him believe that even with everything that has transpired between you that it’s all good and that you can move on as well. A reminder: Any desperation acts before he’s ready will kill it all.
6.- If at anytime you feel him focusing on you (looking) don’t make eye contact with him, instead just do a sidelong type of glance, no gazing or fixed stares, he’ll know that you notice him but also that he can’t have you, thats the impression that you want to convey.
7.- When you do get around each other a casual reminder of your good times together can go far. It will trigger memories of just how good the two of you used to be together. Bringing up bad times is a stupid move. Bad memories trigger bad feelings and good memories trigger only good feelings. Keep it good.These are great suggestions that are simple and can help you to come up with other strategies for you to use if you are wondering “If My Ex Has Moved On Can I Still Get Him Back”. There are other steps that you can take if you just follow your heart but use your brain to find out what they are and they can be very powerful.
