Ive been told that if i make no contact at all with an ex they’ll miss u and possibly want you back
but wont staying away from an ex make it easier for them to move on and forget about you?
The no contact rule really works.
But you will only get them calling you if they really loved you. This is the hardest thing to deal with.
I found that my ex’s are really jealous when I move on. And some have even followed me across the country (trouble is she is one of the ones that I don’t want back).
Does meeting new people really help getting over an ex?

My girlfriend and I broke up a month ago. She does not want to get back together, but I am having a terrible time moving on. I met a new girl who is very nice and interested, but all I cannot get excited about it. I know I’m not over my ex yet, but feel like I need to go out with other people to help get over her. Problem is I have no desire to hang out with anyone else and all I want is my ex back.
It does help but only if you allow it to. Right now the break up is a bit fresh and so it’s hard for you to enjoy yourself in the company of another woman. I know cause I’m going through it myself. My ex broke up with me 6 months ago and I’m still not over her but I can’t just sit still and let life pass me by. At first, I didn’t want to know anything about another woman but with time, I’ve gone out on dates and had great times. It does help and being distracted is a big part of getting over an ex. In time, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Good luck!

If your ex shows any kind of emotions for you or feelings they still care. If your ex goes out of their way to tell you how much they hate you then they still care. If your ex did not care they would not go out of their way to tell you how they feel. It does not matter that it is a negative emotion or feeling. At least they are showing some kind of feelings and emotions.

i want him to be near so as to keep the door opened he might come back and forgive me for what i did
i talked about marriage at the wrong time i stressed him so much and made him under the pressure or fears of losing me
i am stupid
i don’t believe in going back with ex’s. that’s just my personal belief in which i follow religiously. i suggest, move on!
